We are all surrounded by mysteries; profound, timeless, most of which remain unsolved, at least in our age, or perhaps forever.
The everlasting secrets such as God, love, consciousness, creation, are the most notable.
Their gravity, at least for those people that are not ambivalent, is immeasurable, yet at least as weighty as the largest astronomical objects in the sky.
Mystery's little sister, 'the secret' begs to be revealed.
But, unlike the mystery, personal secrets, either good or bad, when kept forever, either enhance or diminishes one's self.
A secret kept between two lover in love, for example, and never spoken of to outsiders, differentiates itself tremendously from other types of secrets... as it glues the innocent or the complicit, (without judgement) together, in the same way that twin stars orbit one another, until they do not.
